My name is Anges de Lumiere and I am the author of a book called the Journey of the Slim Soul. My philosophy is to always walk the talk. This book is the product of my own experience (and frustration) both as a slimmer and as a therapist.

My book offers a unique slimming approach without scales, without calorie counting, without eating plan and without strenous exercise. Instead it combines reiki, hypnotherapy and emotional freedom technique to embrace  mind body and soul. No food is forbidden and you won't have to eat something you don't like. You will be asked to open your mind to change, one small step at a time.

The book is based on 7 Golden Rules of slimming which, if you follow them, will help you slim easily and effortlessly whilst continuing to eat the things you love.  It's easy to integrate in any lifestyle, whether you are fit or not, and even if you are very busy or unwell.

I aim to offer products for every budget so you can start with just the motivational CD* (one of my clients lost a size dress just by doing only that), or the book or if you are more committed and really know you want to take the journey, you can sign up for one of my passports, which are proper coaching programmes that come at three different priced packages depending on how much support you think you might need.
